Announcing a new Meetup for Minnesota Atheists Meetup Group!

Cheer on MNA Meetup's own Jordan and her Kilmore Girls teammates in the first event of the North Star Rollergirls home season, also known as Big Top Derby: The Greatest Bout on Earth! After the Kilmore Girls take on the Violent Femmes, the action continues with Delta Delta Di battling it out with the Banger Sisters.
From the Roller Girls website:
"The first bout of the season is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Clowns, freaky sideshow attractions, cotton candy, elephants jumping over tigers, and derby to boot? How can you ask for anything more? But wait . . . there is more! Don't forget that this seasons' ''fresh meat'' hit the track for the first time with seasoned vets in a real head-to-head bout. Spills and thrills are sure to follow! Opening night only comes once a year - don't miss out!"
In case you've never heard of the Roller Girls, think roller derby, only way cooler, more competitive, and much more fun.
We're going for general admission seating this time, $12 in advance, $14 on game day. Kids 9 and under are FREE with a paid adult! Reserve your space by buying your tickets online:

The bouts take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center, and we'll meet in the lobby at 6:30 p.m to get to our seats before the 7:00 starting time. Look for the Minnesota Atheist t-shirts!
