Discover inner peace through Guided Meditation and expand your knowledge of mindfulness in a sacred space at the centre or online. This on-going mindfulness meditation class is for people who have little or no experience with mindfulness meditation and who want further guidance and support to get started. Mindfulness meditation is the practice of focusing attention on the present moment and involves awareness of the body and breathing allowing for relaxation. During each class components of mindfulness will be taught using engaging techniques and exercises directed at building bravery in navigating life's challenges. Guided meditations will take place for a few minutes each session and then a circle of feedback before close. Beginner's Welcome!
