Everyone can be their own personal physician. All you need is some widely available low key health technology, to exercise and follow a health diet. It is easier to do these things, when you understand the impact of your biology on your health and you start to understand how your body works. You will need your own set of health devices for example, blood pressure monitors, blood sugar testing, urine test litmus paper, oxygen saturation monitors. None of them are expensive. These simple steps will help you feel better and have more energy. The group aims to meet on the first and Sundays of the month at 2pm for 2 hours.
