During a sound bath meditation, a sound healer or practitioner guides listeners through meditation ( no experience needed ) while using sacred sound and light. Promoting deep relaxation and peace, Crystal Singing bowls are used along side of a few other select sound tools to bring a group or individuals through an vibrational energy practice experience. Participants are seated or lying down. Dress comfy and bring your pillows and blankets to the events. If you're been wanting to try crystal singing bowl healing or even gong meditation, come join us!!!

Let the peaceful melodic vibrations of giant Crystal Singing Bowls and other gentle sonic instruments guide you into a deeply relaxing, immersive sound experience. Renee will weave together singing bowls and other instruments to create a space for stillness, reflection and deep relaxation.
And for an extra dose of sonic full moon magic…
Receive a personal tuning with a Giant Tibetan Bowl you can actually stand inside!
Experience the rich, grounding vibrations of this beautiful bowl from the bottom of your feet to the crown—and back down again. It's a wonderfully unique opportunity to experience the sound and vibration in a very different way.
Whether you're a longtime soundbath lover or you've never experienced one before, come exactly as you are.
There is nothing to accomplish and nothing you need to know how to do.
Just get comfortable, close your eyes, breathe… and receive.
Doors will close once the soundbath begins, so please plan to arrive with enough time to get settled.
Dress Comfy and Bring whatever helps you get cozy: a yoga mat, padding, blankets, pillows, eye covering, water bottle, and anything else that helps you settle in.
