Each class session begins with an opportunity to de-fragment, oneself on the level of mind, body and spirit.

De-fragment, on the level of mind, body and spirit!

Alternately including sitting meditation, breath practices, self applied massage, and relaxation through gentle Qigong movements.

This is followed with a set of specific routines designed to alleviate stagnation or blockages in the body system and/or to move energy and motivate the healing process.

YOU WILL LEARN TO…

Cleanse your body, and improve function of the lymph system.
Combat fatigue and provide more vital energy.
Reduce negative thought patterns consciously focus your mind to uplift, heal and get things done.
Calm the mind and awaken the spirit.

The practices of Qigong Self Care Training have been chosen from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Buddhist/Bodhisattva teachings and Taoist practices for health and longevity.

The technology you will learn to train:

Cleansing of the body, and improvement in function of the lymph system.
How to combat fatigue and provide more vital energy.
How to reduce negative thought patterns consciously focus your mind to uplift, heal and get things done.
How to calm the mind and awaken the spirit

As you train you will also work towards healing and uplifting yourself:
