Chestnut and T15 Trail Riding
Explore and ride the Chestnut Nature Park South and North MTB trail and Track 15, suited for riders who already have some experience riding offroad. This is a good introductory ride for those who have mountain bikes and don't know where are the spots to make full of use their fun machines. Ride Difficulty: 3 of 4 stars Start: Meet up and roll off at 8:00am Meetup point: Carpark B at the Dairy Farm Road We start fromChestnut Point and do some short sections of the Chestnut North leading up to T15. We ride through T15 up to it's end at Mandai. We double back, then head to the carpark for Chestnut Nature Park, to refill water. Chestnut MTB trail is not a technical trail, but if it is your first time doing trail riding, I suggest to opt out this part of the ride. After we do a lap at Chestnut, we officially end our ride up to this point. You can have your bike washed at Chestnut point and head back to our start point. Do note that this might be for beginner trail riders but will still need good fitness level to complete. Another thing to note, we need to follow proper trail etiquette. A: Sure, but just make sure you inform the host and organizers before hand. Q: What happens if rains? A: If it rains before the ride, we'll try to wait it out and delay the start of the ride. If too heavy or was prolonged, we will cancel the ride all throughout. Be sure to check this page early at the day of the ride for possible cancellation or delayed start.
