Hey everyone! Just a reminder we now have TWO weekly meetings - one for lunch on Wednesdays and the other for dinner on Thursdays. Here’s the deal: We like good food, good friends, and real estate. So let’s hang out and help each other grow our businesses.

Park across Peachtree under the Honeywell building (enter on 3rd St.). Baraonda will validate parking for 2 hours.
The agenda is set by the needs and questions of those attending. Bring your issues, bring your deals, bring your opportunities. The connections will be there.
11:30 - Meet and Greet, order lunch
12:00 - Food service begins
12:00 - Introductions around the table (time permitting)
12:30 - Deal Analysis, Q&A
1:00 - We're done. You can go back to your day job. Sorry about that...

We will still take time to address your needs and questions but we will often provide content from speakers, panels and occasionally you’ll be the “live” audience for a recording of the Flipping America show. We are also working on LIVE music once a month! So Thursday night is a $10 admission. If you just can’t handle the $10 but you still want to come, just whisper that to our greeter and it’s not a problem. Don’t let $10 keep you away. We use the money to help with the expenses of meetup.com.
6:30 - Meet and Greet - get a drink, order dinner
7:00 - Announcements and introductions
7:30 - the Program (if we are having one - we don't do one every week)
8:30 - Hang out as long as you want. Get help with your issues, enjoy the company of other real estate business owners.
