Just tell the host you’re with the Flipping America meeting! Bring business cards-this is a great networking event! It's a little different each week. Sometimes there's a speaker, sometimes a panel, sometimes we do an episode of the hit radio show/podcast "Flipping America" with YOU as the live audience. Sometimes it's Q&A with Roger Blankenship, the guy who has fixed and flipped more than 900 houses. But whatever is happening at the meeting, we ALWAYS network, we are ALWAYS sticking around to answer questions and hang out. It's a great Thursday evening.

Cost is $5.00 but Flipping America REIA members get in free (more info at www.FlippingAmericaREIA.com) You are also responsible for the cost of any food or beverages you order at the event. Food and beverages served beginning at 7:00. We will finish up by 9. The money helps us defray the costs of running the meetups. Two things about that:

1. If you just don't have $5, don't let that keep you from coming. If you're that broke you NEED this meeting. We will let you in.
2. If you don't get $5 worth of value, just say so and we will give your money back (less merchant service charge of 3% if you pay by credit card). We are confident you'll be glad you came.

8:00 - Live videocast presentation, including live coaching and Q&A.
8:30 ish - Networking, deal analysis, local Q&A.
