NAAAP-Colorado is part of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), which was founded in 1982. We are 501(c)(3), non-profit, volunteer organization consisting of professionals and business leaders in the greater Denver area.
NAAAP is dedicated to the improvement of the Asian American community by promoting leadership, career development, educational exchange, professional networking, social networking, and civic responsibilities. Currently NAAAP has a national network consisted of more than 4,500 members with chapters across the country. The membership is open to anyone regardless of ethnicity, socioeconomic status or creed. Current members include individuals from a range of backgrounds that include managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals in the community.
NAAAP-Colorado began it?s operation in October of 2006 with representatives from various major corporations in the greater Denver metro area. With support from corporations such as Sun Microsystems, Kaiser Permanente, Coors, Wells Fargo, and local organizations such as Asian Chamber of Commerce, NAAAP-Colorado has already hosted number of successful events in the area.
