Tyler is a co-founding member of City of Zion (https://cityofzion.io/), a global, independent group of open source developers, designers, and translators which support the NEO core and ecosystem.

CoZ has been instrumental in building tools to assist developers in the onboarding process of using the NEO blockchain. Such examples of CoZ ecosystem projects include Neon Wallet, Neo Debugger Tools, neon-js, and much more (https://github.com/CityOfZion).

The event will include a discussion on:
- Tyler's perspective as a member of one of the largest community developer groups in the NEO ecosystem,
- Experiences and lessons learned from running developer workshops and hackathons,
- The recent Colorado Digital Token Act and how it impacts the blockchain ecosystem and Colorado, and
- For developers, covering how to get awarded in cryptocurrency for contributing to open source projects.

NEO Colorado looks forward to an interesting presentation and discussion!
