When we receive your ‘REQUEST TO JOIN’, you will added to the group giving you 1 WEEK'S TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP to see if you like us and the sort of events we host.
If you do not have a recognisable, recent photograph of yourself on your profile you will be accepted for 24 hrs. If you want to be part of FUSION you must change your photo to something acceptable. If possible, please do this using a real computer browser such as chrome rather than the mobile App which has unpredictable outcomes. It is possible to add a photograph which is only for use on FUSION without affecting any other of the photos you use for other groups.
You will receive a message from Chris with the date your TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP will end and this will also be displayed underneath your name on the Members list.
You are welcome to have a temporary membership in all three of the NFC Groups but you will need to click the JOIN request in each of them as the Meetup App can’t do all three for you.

FEES & SUBS
Meetup is an American based company. We are charged about £100 each six months depending on the exchange rate at the time and whether VAT is applicable for us to use its platform. Additionally we have a Zoom Pro account to host the on-line events. Therefore we have an annual contribution (subs) of £4 from each member renewable each year on the anniversary of you joining the group.
If you don't attend an event in the first week you must pay using the banking system below. If you are attending an event during the first week you must either have paid using the banking system prior to the event (which we prefer as it reduces our admin) or you must pay cash at the event.

Temporary Members who have not paid the subs by the end of the week will be removed from the group.
1. When you are attending a “buy your own ticket” event, DO NOT RSVP until you have your ticket, and then put a note in the COMMENTS stating which seat number you have booked, or, when it is not a seated event, that you have purchased a ticket.
2. If we are buying the tickets for you, as soon as you have sent us the money put a comment in the EVENT LISTING - do not sent a private message as that won't tie the funds to the event ticket purchase. Messages to you about ticket purchase will be on the EVENT LISTING.
