LODGING
We will be staying in a big house near Stowe Resort, 7 bedrooms, 1 mudroom, 8 beds (2 king beds, 4 queen/double beds , 2 single beds), 3 couches, 5.5 baths, 1 new full kitchen, and 1 living room. We will max out at 14 people. The house is 20 minutes to Stowe Resort.

Depart Date: January 9th, 2026 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.

Return Date/Time: Depart from Stowe on Monday at 3:30 PM and expect to arrive at NJ at 10 PM, NYC at 10:30 PM & Queens at 11:00 PM

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Early Birds: $469 per person with a shared bed for first 7 spots or before 9/15 whichever comes first. Regular: $509 per person with a shared bed for last 7 spots. Own bed upgrade from the shared bed is $30 extra.
Trip Includes: 3 nights shared accommodation with a sharing a queen/full bed or own bed with $30 upgrade at a big vacation house near Stowe. Round trip transportation from NYC area & tolls, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip. Trip goers will need to provide their own lift tickets, for example, by getting Epic Pass or Epic Local Pass.

PARK CITY MOUNTAIN RESORT

We will be staying in a premium townhouse near Jordanelle Reservoir, with 5 bedrooms, 9 beds (1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 4 single bed), 2 couches 3.5 baths, 1 living rooms, 1 dedicated workspace, 1 high-end kitchen & 1 kitchenette. We will max out at 14 people. The house is 12 minutes to Park City Mountain.

SNOWBIRD SKI & SUMMER RESORT
Snowbird claims to have Utah’s longest ski and ride season, and is usually open from mid-November through May. Snowbird’s 2,500 skiable acres are accessed via 1 tram and 10 chairlifts, including 6 high-speed detachable quads and 4 doubles. The Utah ski resort has a summit of 11,000 feet and a base elevation of 7,760 feet, with a vertical drop of 3,240 feet. Snowbird averages approximately 500 inches of snowfall per year. For skiers and riders looking to develop their skills, Snowbird’s Mountain School is the perfect place to learn, offering everything from private instruction and class lessons to women’s ski and snowboard camps. BRIGHTON RESORT
Bright Ski Resort is a great destination for families, beginners and intermediate skiers. Averaging 500 inches of snow a season, the resort’s 66 trails are covered in light, fluffy snow creating a winter paradise for visitors.
The resort is known for its famous ski and snowboard school with group and private lessons for every ability level. Brighton also offers night skiing with over 200 illuminated acres. The resort is a great combination of terrain and snow quality making it one of Utah’s favorites. More on https://brightonresort.com/

LODGING
We will be staying in a huge beautiful house in SLC, Utah what many reviewers said it was the best house they have stayed (the same awesome house we stayed last season) with 5 bedrooms, 9 beds (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 6 single beds), 2 sofa beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with large TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. We will max out at 14 people. The home is near major shopping centers, and restaurants. The house is 32 minutes to Snowbird, 10 minutes from SLC airport, and 37 minutes to Brighton Resort.
