H IGH FALLS GORGE
High Falls Gorge is a 22-acre, privately owned nature park. Since the1890's, we provided safe trail access for all ages to an otherwise inaccessible narrow granite walled gorge with four spectacular waterfalls. Today sturdy steel bridges, walkways, and groomed walking trails replaced the rugged wood footbridges and beaten paths written about in The Plattsburgh Sentinel, dating back to July 28, 1899. LODGING
We will be staying in a house near Au Sable Forks, 5 bedrooms, 6 beds (3 King beds, 1 double beds, 2 twin bed), 1.5 baths, a dedicated workspace, a large fully stocked kitchen with multiple tables, an office, a dining area & a living room. We will max out at 10 people. The house is 20 minutes drive to Whiteface Mountain and 30 minutes to Lake Placid.
Features: Shared beach access, two outdoor covered porches and one open porch, outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, spacious yard, free WiFi, paid washer, paid dryer, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer.

FLUME GORGE
The Flume Gorge is a spectacular natural chasm stretching 800 feet long at the base of Mount Liberty in New Hampshire's scenic Franconia Notch State Park. Carved by ancient glaciers, its soaring Conway granite walls rise up to 90 feet high and narrow to just 12 feet wide in some places. HIKING KAATERSKILL FALLS LOOP
Enjoy this 4.4-mile loop trail with 946 feet elevation gain near Haines Falls, New York. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 18 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are April through October.
Begin from Scutt Road Trailhead and start up the Escarpment Trail. Continue onto Schutt Road and Yellow Horse Trail before meeting back up with Escarpment. This stretch will lead to Inspiration Point. Return back via Escarpment Trail passing by Layman's Monument and detouring off to an overlook of Kaaterskill Falls.

Oct 18 Sun: Foliage Hike Labyrinth & Lemon Squeezer from $55

HIKE LABYRINTH & LEMON SQUEEZE
Enjoy this 4.9-miles trail with 649 feet elevation gain in Mohonk Mountain, New York. Generally considered a challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 30 min to complete.
Route: Hikers will pass by Lake Mohonk before following the Labyrinth Trail up to the Albert K. Smiley Memorial Tower. The Labyrinth is a narrow rocky corridor hikers will need to scramble through a maze of boulders, ladders, and tight squeezes, this is a fun challenge. Kids especially love this section of trail.
Highlight: The Lemon Squeezer, a narrow rock crevice that you climb through to reach panoramic views.
Finish: Reah the Skytop Tower for 360 views of the Shawangunk Ridge.

Depart 6:40 AM from NYC: (Starbucks: Southwest Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave) 593 9th Ave, New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 6:50 AM from NJ (NEW): (Lincoln Harbor Station) Meetup here: QX6G+H9 Weehawken Township, NJ 07086 (Map) near Lincoln Tunnel. Take Hudson-Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) (Light Rail System Map). It is easy for those in Jersey City to come to this stop.
Return Date/Time: Depart around 2:30 PM, and expect to arrive at NJ 4:20 PM, midtown NYC 4:40 PM & Queens at 5:30 PM

COST
Early birds: $55 for first 7 spots or 30 days in advance whichever comes first. Please bring $15 cash for entrance fee to the trail; Regular: Afterward $65. $5 Tips to driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip.
Trip includes: Round trip transportation from NYC area, guided hiking of Labyrinth and Lemon Squeeze in Mohonk Mountain, parking fee, & tolls.
Cost Not Included in the Trip:

COMFORTABLE RIDE
We will provide a fully loaded new MB Sprinter Van or a Volvo XC90 SUV for transportation depending on the group size.

Event participant, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS NY Ski & Snowboard Club their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
