LODGING
We will be staying in a big house near Stowe Resort, 6 bedrooms, 1 mudroom, 8 beds (2 king beds, 2 queen beds , 4 twin beds), 3 couches, 3.5 baths, 1 new full kitchen, and 1 living room. We will max out at 12 people. The house is 22 minutes to Stowe Resort.
Features: Mountain view, garden view, fire pit, BBQ grill, patio, indoor fireplace, dedicated workspace, free Wifi, TV with standard cable, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.

TRIP PLAN
Depart Date: February 20th, 2026 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 4:00 PM from Queens: (Across street from Asian Jewels) 133-30 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7. (NEW for 25/26: 1 block from previous spot)

Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) $2 to $4 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the pick-up/drop-off area (indoor) in the back of the parking garage.
Return Date/Time: Depart from Stowe on Sunday at 3:30 PM and expect to arrive at NJ at 10 PM, NYC at 10:30 PM & Queens at 11:00 PM

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Early Birds: $369 per person with a shared bed for first 7 spots or before 9/15 whichever comes first. Regular: $409 per person with a shared bed for last 7 spots. Own bed upgrade from the shared bed is $30 extra.
Trip Includes: 2 nights shared accommodation with a sharing a king/queen bed or own twin bed with $30 upgrade at a big vacation house near Stowe. Round trip transportation from NYC area & tolls, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip. Trip goers will need to provide their own lift tickets, for example, by getting Epic Pass or Epic Local Pass.

REQUIREMENTS/RULES:
To fly to Canada from the USA, US citizens need:
An eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) to board their flight.
A valid US passport.
No visa is required for stays under 180 days.
No vaccination is needed to enter Canada.
Masks are no longer required on transport.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
