Okay people, it’s time again for night photography and light painting!!

The meetup point is the set of benches by the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory. The closest subway station is High Street (A & C trains). The sunset is scheduled at 8:22pm. We can shoot the beautiful New York Cityscape and then create art with lights and long exposures. I will do my best to give a brief intro on light painting to those who haven’t tried it before. After that we can spread out in small groups and practice.

** Bring your own flashlights -- the brighter the better.

** Tripods are highly recommended!!

** Bring your camera’s manual. Everyone’s camera is different and it could be handy in case you need to figure out how to change a setting.

** Make sure your batteries are fully charged and format your memory cards.

** Brings snacks and a drink.

** Dress appropriately for the weather. It will be cooler by the water.

** Warning!! There may not be bathrooms available in the park, but we could try to find any nearby restaurants that are open and hopefully will allow us to use their facilities.

** Please be courteous and update your RSVP accordingly. If you RSVP “yes” and you can’t make it, change your RSVP to “no”.

** Please be on time!! Give yourself the extra time to commute -- check for delays and service changes. I will try to wait an extra 15 minutes for late comers. Once I start the meetup, I will not answer any calls, texts, emails and other messages.

If you have any questions, text me only before the day of the event. Please make sure you identify yourself in your message so I know who you are. Thank you!
