Python Study Group (Pystan)

Hi Everyone,

Looking forward to starting up the study group up again on the UWS. I'm slotting Tues Sept 23 for a meetup.

For next Tues, I thought we could work on Pystan--a python package for bayesian statistics. I'll aim to lead people through it, especially if they're not familiar with bayesian stats.
