If the Shu fits

80% of participants in the latest State of Agile (http://stateofagile.versionone.com/) survey rated their agile adoption as “still maturing.”

Which leads to an obvious question: if your team is maturing, how do you know which parts are mature, and where there’s opportunity for growth?

Join us this month for a lively workshop on assessing your team’s agility. Using group activities, and the Shu Ha Ri framework, we’ll develop a better understanding of what “being agile” is, and what it looks like (and doesn’t look like) at work.

After the main activity, current and past participants of the NYC Scrum User Group mentoring teams are invited to gather for a 15-20 minute retrospective of the last year of mentoring.
