She learned the proto-persona (also known as hypothetical or pragmatic persona) technique from her mentor, Jeff Patton, author of User Story Mapping (https://www.amazon.com/User-Story-Mapping-Discover-Product/dp/1491904909). She’s currently using this quick workshop with clients from Fortune 100 companies to great success.
