September is peak harvest season and a wonderful time to have some fun fermenting with our locally grown fruits. Peach kombucha? Blueberry soda? Kimchi with apples or Asian pears? Fermented apricot jam? Plum wine? Let your creative juices run wild and take a walk on the sweeter side of fermentation.
