We're moving from the first Monday of the month to the second this time because of Labor Day. And we're giving ourselves and each other a double challenge for our theme this months. Not just condiments, not just fruit based ferments, but a combination of the two! So bring on your fermented peach salsas, plum chutney, blueberry creme fraiche, or whatever your clever minds can come up with.
We will again be meeting in the communal room around the big table by the kitchen. We hope to be back in the back room in October.
