Established in 2010, this User Group meets monthly at Microsoft New Zealand, Auckland, for Customers and Partners who use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (formally known as Dynamics CRM).
This group is focused at a Business/User level rather than a Technical Developer level. We enjoy sharing news, tips, new features and how to get more out of your digital transformation using Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement.
From April 2020, this group moved its name to the Dynamics 365 & Power Platform User Group (Auckland).

AI in Dynamics 365 & Power Platform: What’s Actually Working?
Microsoft NZ, Level 5, 22 Viaduct Harbour Ave, Auckland, NZAI is now woven into everyday work in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, but the real value shows up in the messy middle of projects: the experiments, surprises, constraints, and the moments where things finally click.
In this interactive community session, we will look at what’s working right now with AI, what we are learning from real projects, and how those lessons can shape the way we design and deliver solutions in the future. This session is designed for both makers and business people, and it will stay grounded in lived experience rather than hype.
Through live polls and group discussion, we’ll explore:- Which AI capabilities people are actually using today, and how they’re using them
- How AI is changing the day‑to‑day work of makers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- The pitfalls, surprises, and “wish we had known this earlier” insights from real implementations
