Naples Meditation Class Location: Open Mind Zen Naples 1250 Tamiami Trail N, Unit 205, Naples, FL 34102 Suite #205 (on US 41, south of Golden Gate Parkway, next to Einstein Bros Bagel) Class cost: $10 Meditation opens our heart, improves our relationships, and makes us feel warm and close to others. By meditating on love and compassion we will improve our good heart and through meditating on wisdom we will know the most skillful way of helping those around us. About the Teacher: Kelsang Sangzin is an ordained Buddhist nun and the Education Program Coordinator at KMC Florida. She has been sincerely studying Kadampa Buddhism since 2009, and began teaching in 2010. She is appreciated for her kindness, humor, and practical advice for daily life. About the Classes: We are now on Holiday Break. We will resume on Monday, January 14th with a Free Public Talk by Kelsang Sangzin. Topics covered: - what is meditation - how to meditate - the benefits of meditation - enjoy guided meditations that you can learn to do at home. Regular classes will resume Monday, January 21st. These classes include two guided meditations and teachings that are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. No experience necessary - Everyone welcome!
