Software and Copyright Law: What do you really need to know?
An introduction of the issues around copyright for software developers and their customers. We’ll talk about the different ways to protect software from unauthorized copying, what copyright and ownership issues to consider in a license or development agreement, and what open source can mean for ownership of code. And we’ll leave plenty of time for questions.
