The Product Job Market: Two Sides of the Story
Vaco Nashville, 5501 Virginia Way Suite 120, Brentwood, TN, USWhat's really happening in today's product job market?
Join us for a look at the product career landscape from two different perspectives: a founder building tools for job seekers and a tech recruiter working directly with employers.
We'll hear from two speakers:
Erin Orstrom — Founder, AppliCraft & Luminaetum
Erin will share her journey building a second SaaS product inspired by conversations with job seekers. She'll explore what she's learned about the challenges candidates face, how those insights shaped her product decisions, and what it's like building in an increasingly competitive job-search space.Allyson Miller — Sr. Director, Recruiting, Vaco Technology
Allyson will share insights from the recruiting side of the market: what employers are looking for, what she's seeing in hiring trends, and how product professionals can better position themselves in today's job market.Together, we'll explore both sides of the equation:
- What challenges are job seekers facing?
- What are employers looking for in product talent?
- How is the hiring landscape evolving?
- What can product professionals do to navigate the market more effectively?
Whether you're actively looking for your next opportunity, building a product team, or simply curious about where the industry is headed, come join the conversation!
