About the Speaker
Lauren Norman is a Senior Product Manager at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), focusing in Population Health. She works with major customer groups throughout the organization to create strategic IT Solutions for the tracking and management of key patient populations. Lauren Norman recently led the implementation of Healthy Planet, the suite of EPIC tools that facilitates population health management at VUMC. She has directed several initiatives in VUMC’s previous homegrown EHR, StarPanel, including quality measure data capture, chronic disease management, and external data integration.
