There are also 2 other courses running from 1st-22nd July and 29th July- 19th August you can book. Practising Yoga and being on the water work wonderfully together. I love it. You have the sky above you and the water holding you, feeling connected to nature. There is also the added challenge of keeping balance which is great for stability and and core strength. You can not help but be completely in the present moment or you may get wet! :) It is an incredibly beautiful experience, what can be more calming than doing yoga floating on water? Your paddle board is used as the yoga mat. The end Savasana (relaxation) feels amazing floating on the water being completely at one with the elements. This course will be a blend of early morning Mindfulness Meditation, Stretching and SUP yoga teamed with learning how to Stand Up Paddleboard. The course will run over 4 Sunday mornings, each morning will run from 0800 to 0900. SUP yoga strengthens the core, improves your balance, tones muscles, reduces stress and increases body awareness. As well as this, being on the water can be both tranquil and rejuvenating, helping you to achieve a relaxed and clear mind, whilst enjoying the surroundings of nature. Most sessions will start with a relaxing paddle (I will teach you how to paddleboard) followed by SUP yoga and mediation. You don’t need to be able to SUP. We will will provide all the tuition and equipment to get you Standup Paddleboarding There is no need to be a yoga pro to get involved, starting with the basic poses on land, they can soon be transferred on to a stand up paddleboard. You will: Go SUPing…. success guaranteed….you will be standing up and paddling Experience meditation Learn SUP Yoga Relax! We provide : All equipment, including wetsuit, boards, paddles and buoyancy aids. Full instruction and training from a BSUPA and SUPfit instructors to ensuring high quality, effective classes. Clubhouse with hot showers, changing rooms, lockers and a great cafe. Perfect learning environment of Hove Lagoon combined with the sea. What we're about

You are invited to my Yoga Classes. We will be doing Hatha Yoga asanas, Pranayama and various Meditations. My class will stretch your worries away and tone and strengthen the body, breathe energy and healing into you and soothe the soul. The meditation will bring balance, healing and calm into your life and help you gain perspective on your life in a clearer more balanced way. I will help you be become more energised and relaxed.
