What we're about
You are invited to my Yoga Classes. We will be doing Hatha Yoga asanas, Pranayama and various Meditations. My class will stretch your worries away and tone and strengthen the body, breathe energy and healing into you and soothe the soul. The meditation will bring balance, healing and calm into your life and help you gain perspective on your life in a clearer more balanced way. I will help you be become more energised and relaxed.
