In this class, you will not need a yoga mat as practice is done on carpeted floors for maximum comfort. Please wear comfy loose clothing. There are no shoes worn in the practice space but socks are fine.

This is a moderate level class in intensity, so you need to be in fairly good physical shape and also be able to practice meditation while holding gentle yoga postures for 1-2 minutes.
