All are welcome to the New Haven Collective. We "collect together" the Meetup "new in town", the not-at-all-new-in-town, happy hours, hiking, all outdoor activities, plays, etc into a single combined opportunity to meet people and get out in & around New Haven
We're a group-run group. After you've met some of our organizers/asst. organizers, if there's an activity you want to do, feel free to contact one of them, we can get an Event setup on the calendar and designate you as the host! All you have to do is promise to show up, and have a cell number to share so attendees can find you.

On a Saturday night, join us at One World Cafe for a new event, Bespoken, a celebration of poetry and spoken word. Come share a poem or piece of writing you're inspired by or one you’ve been working on yourself.
The cafe will open at 6pm for drinks & snacks, and readers will start speaking at 7pm. Anyone is invited to read poetry, prose or anything else that you'd like to share. Let's connect in community through words!
