About us
After an initial glimpse in 1973, Magdi joined the Rochester Zen Center in New York, led by Philip Kapleau, an American teacher in the Sanbo Kyodan tradition.
Later, in 1981, Magdi joined Toni Packer at the Springwater Center in Upstate New York. Toni Packer was the founder of Springwater Center. In 2010, Magdi met Francis Lucille, a longtime disciple of Jean Klein, and was introduced to the Advaitic teachings.
Weekly online meetings with Magdi are recorded and consist of a guided meditation followed by questions. The recordings are available on YouTube
