As a registered Art Therapist I can attest to its effectiveness. As a healer and a life coach I can see its value in helping one to connect with one's higher self.

A fun and creative workshop where you shall come face to face with the more "silent" side of yourself merely by choosing specific art materials and a directive from me. Sounds mysterious? Come and find out for yourselves how this may be. We will be using artistic means to communicate. Art materials will be provided and no previous art experience is required. The only condition is an open mind and a willingness to explore new frontiers.
