What we're about

As a non-profit group we have regular evening Meetups for people interested in psychology, personal development and on being more open and aware. Although a discussion group no-one is obliged to talk. Some people like to give some input, others just prefer to come along and listen. The group attracts people from all walks of life and you definitely do not need to be a psychologist to join.

The facilitator may post some background material on the evening's topic. Other people simply draw on their own personal experiences and intuition. All approaches are welcome and encouraged.

If people learn something or think differently as a result of our meetups that's great and if it just gets people out of the house for an enlightening evening that's great too.

We welcome posts on our discussion pages that add comments or questions or have a link to interesting articles. Posts must of course be respectful of other members.

We do not allow commercial (i.e. for profit) advertising on the discussion pages or in emails to members, whether for events, services or products. Any such advertisements that appear will be removed.
