This is a group for anyone who is serious about own health and well-being. Particularly if you are already on the self development track and you have tried many personal development techniques, but for some reason you haven't achieved your desired objectives.

Great to connect with you here. My name is Vanessa I help people 30 -65 years with their health and wellness. My gift is to show you how to increase your energy and gain confidence about nutrition and exercise in only 21 days! Yes, that’s right! If you know you need to get your health goals on track I can help you get results quickly!

I understand your feelings of frustration and disappointment. I know what it feels like to carry too much weight around the middle. Or face the daily challenges people over 30 face around fighting fatigue, getting motivated to exercise and continue to make healthy food choices. I am working on reducing my own weight by increasing my lean muscle mass. I’ve had long-term success in this area. I’ve also helped lots of other people too!

Now I am in my early forties, I focus on my body’s nutritional needs and exercise regularly. I am training to eventually gain my black belt in martial arts. Everyday I study health and wellness. I am learning more about what the body needs. So, if you’re on this page because you need some support and encouragement. You’re on the right page! I am here to help you take simple steps to improve or maintain your own nutrition, sports nutrition, diet and well-being.

Every month I welcome people at the Health & Well-being Cafe. I also host bi-weekly Walkfit sessions and an online 21 Day Challenge. All of my events are fun, educational and supportive.

One of the main benefits my community gain is learning about how their body is changing on the inside, through my Health MOTs, which track weight loss, body fat % loss, lean muscle, hydration and much more.

I am independent partner in a global nutrition and wellness movement. My 2020 vision is to open a Nutrition Club to help at least 100 people to improve their daily nutrition.
