From Pulp Fiction: "Be cool!"
We have just one objective: Meet new people.
This group is for Orange County professionals in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. We meet for happy hour once each week, usually on Wednesday or Thursday evenings, at cool venues in Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, and surrounding areas. The goal is to get together after work, have a cocktail, and meet new people. We have a core group that comes regularly, but we also have at least 25 or 30 new people at each event.
This group is thriving because we have good attendance with awesome people. There's no "agenda" for these events; just introductions (by me, usually) and cocktails. As the organizer, I do my best to introduce everyone, so you're likely to meet 30 or 40 people every time you come. We have an amazing community, so come join us and invite a friend or coworker.
Our events normally start at 6:00 PM and go until 9:00 or 9:30. You don't need to arrive by 6:00. That's just when it starts. Come whenever you're available. Most arrive between 6:45 and 7:30, and the group normally starts to thin out after 9ish. Members often have dinner together and make plans for the weekend, but that stuff isn't organized in an official way. Please come with a friendly and inclusive mindset.

VENUES: If you represent a restaurant and/or lounge and would like to host one of our events at your venue, please contact the organizer, Patrick Schwerdtfeger. We usually get between 60 and 200 people at our events, and we like upscale places like The Country Club (Costa Mesa), Hive & Honey Rooftop (Irvine), Sevilla (Costa Mesa), Mesa Lounge (Costa Mesa), the Bungalow (either Huntington Beach or Long Beach), and Halo Rooftop Bar (Long Beach).

This group was formed on July 18th, 2018. Group membership as of 11/04 was 13,047 people, and this will be our 330th event!
As a group, we have just one objective: Meet new people! Come join us and bring a friend. This group is thriving because we have great people and great energy. So invite someone along. I'll do my best to introduce you (and them) to everyone.
Curious how many people will attend? We usually get 60% of the RSVP count actually showing up, so 100 RSVPs normally results in about 60 people in attendance.
Also, just to be clear, you don't have to be there by 6:00 PM. That's just when it starts. That's when I will be there, but feel free to come whenever you're available. Come at 6:30. Come at 7:00. Come at 7:30. We'll be there until at least 9:00 or 9:30.
