OC Real Estate hosts networking events once each month. No agenda, just networking and cocktails. Are you in the real estate industry? Are you interested in real estate here in Orange County? Maybe you're a real estate investor or vendor. Or maybe you're considering the real estate industry as your next career. If any of these apply to you, come attend one of our networking events, and bring a friend.
My name is Patrick and I also run the OC Happy Hour group (13,000+ members and 300+ events so far). Here's my promise to you: when you attend one of our events, you will meet every single person in attendance. I will personally introduce you to everyone.
And what do I ask for in return? Please share this group with your friends and professional colleagues. If we all do that, our community will grow quickly, and that will benefit us all.
We have only one objective at our events: Meet new people in the industry. By joining OC Real Estate, you will soon be well connected in the real estate industry, and that will (hopefully) accelerate your path towards success.

Our events will be hosted at various venues in Newport Beach, Irvine, and Costa Mesa. Events will be scheduled with a 6pm start time and a 9pm end time, but attendees are welcome to stay later if they wish. There's always SOMEONE who's celebrating a recent victory, so that usually keeps the energy popping.
Referrals: Do you know a great mortgage lender? Or appraiser? Home staging company? Title and escrow? Photographer? Please post their information on the DISCUSSIONS tab. This will be our collective Real Estate Rolodex of great vendors here within our OC community.
No pitches, no presentations. This community is about socializing and networking, not endless sales pitches. Feel free to exchange business cards, of course, but please limit sales and recruiting activities.
