While it is normal to feel nervous in some social situations, people who experience daily social anxiety tend to avoid everyday interactions that cause them significant fear, anxiety, self-consciousness, and embarrassment because they fear being scrutinized or judged by others.

Mindfulness Practice Seminar

Online event

Welcome everyone. This event will take place at the comfort of each of your homes and through webcam. Our journey in awakening mindfulness does not require all of us to physically be in the same exact room. Service cost is $10. In this therapeutic event, we will be: - Discussing what is mindfulness and why it's good for you (both physically and psychologically) - Learning and practicing healthy techniques to use in times of difficulty or desire to be more present - Sharing personal experiences, current struggles, or hopes of what to accomplish with mindfulness The mindfulness information and techniques shared are sourced from research that has shown desirable effects in areas such as: - Anxiety - Insomnia - ADD/ADHD - Mood - Adjustment to stress - Self soothing - Increased perception - Positivity If you would like to attend and/or ask any questions please send me a text.
