Experienced in representing publicly traded and private technology companies and entrepreneurs, partner Jonathan Atzen has extensive experience on both public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.

Jonathan's corporate practice focuses on such industries as Internet, e-commerce, software, mobile technologies, life science and alternative energy companies. In addition to representing companies as outside corporate counsel, Jonathan's career includes serving as in-house general counsel to a venture capital fund and a publicly traded biotechnology company.

Adrian Fenty is the former mayor of Washington D.C. and now serves as Business Development Manager at Perkins Coie LLP and Special Advisor at Andreesen Horowitz working to expand investments and provide strategic business development and government expertise.

Originally from Silicon Valley, Ravi Mohan is a Registered Patent Attorney @ Rutan & Tucker LLP in Costa Mesa. His practice is devoted to building patent portfolios for high-tech startups. Ravi's background is in Electrical Engineering, and he was formerly a network engineer for Verizon.
