Start the New Year on the Right foot! In this self-care class led by a Physical Therapist, we will use small balls and other simple techniques to relieve stress, improve circulation, decrease pain and promote over-all relaxation. This is the first part in a series of two classes. This first class will focus on feet, legs and the spine. The class will last 30 minutes. The cost of the class is $5. Afterwards, those of us who are interested will walk to a nearby Vegan restaurant for a healthy lunch.
