“We can not solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” —Albert Einstein. Take refuge within. What if you could go on retreat every month? Make time for your inner knowing to come forth… Reset to find your north star… Rebalance heart and mind… Want to deepen your intuition? Remind yourself of what is truly most important to you? Do you want to bring an end to your inner battles, your negative self-talk, your energy leaks? Want to embrace greater levels of self-compassion and self-acceptance? Can you take just 90 minutes each month to devote solely to your growth? If yes, then I invite you to Inner Sanctuary, a once-a-month online circle held in a retreat format to bring clarity to your deepest desires and healing to your hidden wounds. Inner Sanctuary is open to women and men who are willing to enter and hold safe space, go deep, and find their center. Each session will begin with an ease-ful guided meditation, followed by inquiry, journal writing, and discussion. We’ll close the circle with a group energy healing. The purpose of the Inner Sanctuary retreat series is to expand your self-awareness and supercharge your self-compassion. To that end, we’ll explore new topics each month. We meet the last Sunday of every month. You'll receive online retreat access information by email two days before the event. We have come to view our lives and ourselves through a tinted lens. We are storytelling creatures, and love to have certainty around the beginning, the middle, and the end of story we find ourselves in. The story becomes predictable. Our lives become predictable. Can we change the story, or at least change the ending? Can we work from the end we desire back to this place in time, and chart a new course for ourselves? Let's change our level of thinking! In March, we moved some serious energy and shifted our states. This month, we'll do the same and spend some time on theory, some in reflection, and then shift our energetic state. You do not want to miss this. Register here: https://0428innersanctuary.eventbrite.com Bring your cuppa tea, your fuzzy socks, and your journal. Light the incense, turn off the phone, and pamper yourself with a little headspace. It’s me time. Emile's sound baths incorporate traditional instruments and musical styles from around the world. These sounds guide people into powerful states of expansion and peace. Emile holds a deep connection to the Native American Flute, Australian Didgeridoo, and the Mouth Harp. Emile is also an expert at overtone throatsinging - also known as multi-pitch or harmonic singing. Listening to the harmonic tones in overtone throatsinging puts individuals in a state of bliss. The overtone and harmonic singing comes from Siberia and especially the regions of Tuva, Altai, and Mongolia. It is used to channel the spirits of nature and land including the rivers, mountains, and steppe. For those of you who have attended Sound Immersions with Danny Goldberg, you may have had a chance to hear Emile's didgeridoo playing as he has accompanied Danny's events here at Bliss and elsewhere. We're eager to give Emile the center stage for his unique skills and an altogether different type of sound journey.
