#1: How Anemic Objects Kill OOP

Hosted By
Yegor B.

Details
We'll discuss what anemic objects are and how they ruin the entire object-oriented paradigm. We'll see by example (mostly Java) how popular they are and what makes them so popular. We'll discuss the very idea of encapsulation and will try to find out why so many object-oriented libraries, frameworks, and languages violate that idea.
This is our first meetup, be ready for a lot of controversy.
