Together with other participants we will re-invent your old or unwanted pieces of jewelry and work on it to turn it into something more desirable.
I will show you some examples of the pieces that I have created and recycled. Then I will guide you through different ideas and options such as:
- repurposing the piece
- recycling or upcycling it into a different piece ( more appealing to you and/or matching better your current style )
- fixing it in a way that enables you to use it differently
In addition to that, I will provide you with tools and materials that you could use during the workshop, will show you how to do it and help you work on the piece if needed.
You will enjoy this time over a non-alcoholic drink, while exchanging the ideas and sharing your stories with other participants.
Please note that in order to provide tools and materials I have certain expenses. Thus we should be all contributing to pay the cost of the workshop. As these workshops are new I've decided not to charge any fixed amounts for them at start.
The contribution will be PWYW.
(pay what you want - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pay_what_you_want )
We will aim to complete the workshop in approximately 2 hours. I will reserve an additional hour in case you need a bit more time to complete your project or you just find a conversation with someone so interesting that you need some more time to enjoy your drink with them:).
To get the best use of the time it is important to coordinate few things before you come for the workshop. Thus, expect us to exchange a couple of messages before I meet you at my open home.
Looking forward to working with you.
