What we're about

This group focuses on health as a top priority in life. We meet for speaker events, lecture series, potlucks, and classes focused on nutrition, longevity, and an overall healthy lifestyle. Topics include, but are not limited to: optimal nutrition, micronutrients, calorie restriction, predictors of life expectancy, health span, meditation, yoga, raw foods, exercise, social engagement, and stress reduction.
