What we’re about
This group focuses on health as a top priority in life. We meet for online workshops, speaker events, lecture series, potlucks, and classes focused on nutrition, longevity, and an overall healthy lifestyle. Topics include, but are not limited to: conceiving naturally, optimal nutrition, micronutrients, calorie restriction, predictors of life expectancy, health span, meditation, yoga, raw foods, exercise, social engagement, stress reduction, and raising healthy kids.
