This group provides organized FREE coached group workouts for running, swimming, Aquathlon, and Triathlon.
Come join a weekly workout to train for swimming and running.
All levels welcome, great if you are training for your first triathlon or for World Championships.
For beginners - The initial 20 minutes of each workout are specifically about tips and help for training for beginners
Free races - Join us for a FREE training race each month at Cocoa Beach.

We'll start the Run and Swim workouts again on Thursdays. Here is the scoop:

6:15 p.m. Warmup, tips for beginners, etc.
6:30 p.m. Run workout, 1/2 mile run repeats in the area. It is around the block and appropriate for all levels
7:15 p.m. Swim workout in College Park Pool. You have to pay for admission to the pool ($3). We'll do stroke technique and drills for 20 minutes and then swim interval sets. All levels welcome.
