Birthday Bash.🍾 With Comp Bottles.
Join us as we celebrate Eric & Isaac's Birthday. We will start at HiFi in Scottsdale with Comp Bottles and then we might go to Wasted Grain depending on how busy it gets at HiFi. If you want to help pitch in for the tip for the bottles that would be great. New members are more than welcome to show up. Please get there before 10PM if you can.
If it is your birthday in June and wants to join us please do so. Invite your friends as well. This will be a great night. We will have a few tables and plenty of bottles for the group. (Please help me TIP on the Bottles)

Let's explore the Chilling Chemistry Behind the Ice Plunge.
During this event, we will cover the basics of breathing and then get into ice water. Don't worry; we will finish with some exercises to warm up our body temperature.
Please bring a towel, yoga mat, swimsuit, and dry clothes. While a suggested donation of $5 - $10 is appreciated, it is not required. We want to ensure that everyone who wants to experience the benefits of cold water immersion can do so without any financial barriers.
Speaking of benefits, cold exposure has been shown to provide a host of health benefits. These include reduced inflammation, which can lead to a fortified immune system, balanced hormone levels, improved sleep quality, and the production of endorphins.
Having the right mindset and commitment is important to experience cold water immersion's benefits fully. With focus and determination, you can explore and eventually master your body and mind.

Join us for a summer pool party. The last one was a blast. Girls are FREE. Guys are $10 to help pay for the clean-up. We will have a BBQ and you can bring whatever you want to cook. This is BYOB too. We will provide the cups, plates, napkins, silverware, and chips. This will be a blast.

*2 "NO SHOWS" in a calendar year will result in removal from the group. This measure is important because I provide venues with an approximate headcount so they will be ready for us. Plus, changing your RSVP before the event is just a courtesy.
