We warmly welcome you to the next Wellington PRINCE2 User Group event, to be held at Deloitte on Thursday 19th September from 5pm.

Join us to hear some interesting nuggets on Risk Management from a few different perspectives that promises to be thought provoking and helpful to broaden your thinking on the topic.

AI Risk Management - Risk Management and how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can support more effective management of risk. Presented by Bruce Aylward.

Going beyond traditional Risk Management - Experiences beyond traditional Risk Management and how these could be leveraged to expand one's horizon and achieve incremental change in their roles and organisation. Presented by Pradeep Navalkar.

Infrastructure Risk Management - Insights into risk management on complex infrastructure projects including notable examples from Christchurch rebuild anchor projects, Transmission Gully motorway, and others from NZ, Australia and the UK. Presented by Gary Jerome.

Our speakers:
- Bruce Aylward is the founder and Chief Everything Officer of Psoda, a Wellington based software company that is building world class cloud portfolio, programme and project management software.

- Pradeep Navalkar is the Principal Advisor (IT Service Continuity Management) at MBIE. He has experience in a variety of roles in both public and private sectors, including risk management, assurance, ICT and Information management and consulting. His present role is about improving recovery capability of his organisation's IT Services. Pradeep takes a continual service improvement approach with this while at the same time taking a pragmatic view of risks.

- Gary Jerome is AECOM’s New Zealand Risk & Issues Manager and has over 30 years’ experience in NZ, Australia and the UK delivering complex infrastructure projects.
