What we’re about
Formerly the WA JUG (WA Java User Group), we've now expanded to cover all JVM related technologies. We'll be covering topics across all the major players, including, but certainly not limited to: Java, Scala, Groovy, Clojure, JRuby, Jython and maybe even a bit of embedded JavaScript :-) We'll be holding regular MeetUps, with plans to host experts within their field. We welcome participants from any background, regardless of education or experience. Our sessions will be informative, educational and include hands on workshops where you get to hack along. We're a friendly and approachable community, open to speakers with any level of experience. So whether you're a seasoned pro who's toured the conference circuit or someone who has an interest and wants to share it with the wider community. Just bring along your passion and enthusiasm for software development and all things JVM related.
