Reverse Mentoring: Why the smartest leaders know they don’t have all the answers and how younger generations can help
Reverse Mentoring explores how today’s executives can embrace lessons from the newest generation in the workforce. Drawing on her background as Head of HR in the sports industry and her work coaching athletes and professionals in transition, Kate McKinnon highlights why younger employees are seeking authentic relationships with their leaders and how reverse mentoring can play a critical role in building them. By flipping the traditional mentor-mentee dynamic, leaders gain fresh perspectives, strengthen trust, and create cultures where every generation feels seen and engaged.
