How to Communicate Your Value in an AI-Driven Job Market
Presentation DescriptionIn today's AI-driven job market, a strong résumé is important—but it is only one part of how employers perceive your professional value.
This interactive workshop helps participants move beyond simply documenting their work history to developing a clear and authentic professional brand. Participants will explore how their accomplishments, strengths, communication style, and value come together across their résumé, LinkedIn profile, networking conversations, and interviews.The session will examine practical strategies for communicating accomplishments rather than responsibilities, developing a stronger LinkedIn headline, identifying what differentiates you from other candidates, using the STAR method to communicate value, and understanding how behavioral insights such as DISC can strengthen career branding and communication.
Participants will leave with practical questions and strategies they can immediately apply to their own career brand.
