San Jose, Calumpit Bulacan, severely affected by the typhoon Ulyses. Theis houses were still submerged in deep water weeks after the said typhoon hit as 3 dams (Angat, Magat, and Ipo Dams converge in their province). This, too, happens whenever typhoon hits Luzon.
