Book and Buy Policy. First Come, First Served Basis.
To guarantee the booking, at least 1500 must be settled 3 days before the event.
The balance will be payable on the departure date.
Downpayments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants valid on the reserved date.
Participants would be required to sign a waiver before the trip.
The organizer has the right to cancel the event in case of unforeseen challenges such as:
-Bad Weather conditions
-Temporary Closure of the Location
-Participants do not reach the minimum number (6 pax).
If the event is canceled for a valid reason, refunds will be done accordingly.
The itinerary may vary depending on the actual situation: traffic, weather, pacing, etc.Always follow the LNT Principles (Leave no Trace)
